Here’s what you need to know:
🔹 Who can apply?
Must be 35 years or under when you apply (up to 50 years if you hold a Hong Kong or British National Overseas passport).
You must apply within 6 months of completing your course.
🔹 Study & Skills Requirements
You need at least one associate degree, diploma, or trade qualification closely related to your nominated occupation.
Your nominated occupation must be on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL).
A valid skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority is required.
🔹 English Requirement
You must meet the minimum English test scores (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, OET, MET, etc.).
Citizens of the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, or Ireland are exempt.
🔹 Other Key Conditions
You and your family must maintain adequate health insurance during your stay.
You must meet the character requirement and sign the Australian Values Statement.
⚠️ If you’ve already held a subclass 485 or 476 visa as a primary applicant, you can’t apply for this stream again.
